You shouldn’t have to remember to offboard a user at 5 PM on Friday. Now you don’t have to. Schedule user offboarding in advance and let Autopilot take care of it automatically.
Default Settings for Onboarding and Offboarding
Define onboarding and offboarding defaults across all customers or individual tenants. This includes:
- Email domain and naming convention
- Microsoft 365 license assignment
- Group and security group memberships
- Out of Office replies
- Mailbox handling (shared or removed)
- GAL visibility and forwarding settings
These standardized workflows mean faster setup and consistent security.
