Augmentt’s new integration with Lifecycle Insights adds new visibility of your clients’ SaaS inventory

When it comes to MSPs managing the SaaS complexity, visibility of a client’s application inventory is everything. That’s why we’ve partnered with Lifecycle Insights to bring Augmentt Discover data directly into their platform.

How is this a game-changer? It means that MSPs can now quickly audit SaaS software activity across customers and maintain an inventory of applications in use.

Augmentt Discover lets MSPs leverage an advanced agent to quickly identify every SaaS application being used across an organization, regardless of where users are, the devices they use, or how they run the applications. MSPs can also compare client usage against a library of 22,000+ applications to classify risk and organizational productivity.

When Lifecycle Insights launched in 2019, the first goal was to save MSPs time in building QBR reports through automation; the second was to help drive strategic and business-focused conversations.

They’ve accomplished this with PSA integrations and warranty lookups that deliver asset lifecycle management reporting. Integrations with Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity phishing training has created a baseline for securing the human stack. The integration with Augmentt ties those two conversations together, enabling a view of potentially risky SaaS application use or user behaviour.

In addition to automated data collection and reporting, Lifecycle Insights offers risk assessments to highlight gaps and vulnerabilities—generating insight that MSPs can use to build technology roadmaps and budget recommendations for clients.
