Augmentt Integrates with Duo to Provide MSPs with Consolidated View on MFA Status

OTTAWA, Feb 1, 2023 – Augmentt, industry-leading SaaS security management company, has partnered with Duo to provide managed service providers (MSPs) with a consolidated view of multi-factor authentication (MFA) within the Microsoft 365 environment. The new integration will allow MSPs to see their client’s MFA status in a centralized dashboard that pulls information from both Duo and Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring critical information is not missed in their reporting.

“A misconfiguration on MFA could leave accounts exposed, creating weak points in the overall defense layers. Having the ability to report and added visibility across multiple tenants is a big plus”, said Ben Filippelli from Level5 Management.

The new integration will provide MSPs with a single pane of glass to monitor, enforce, and report on MFA, covering blind spots that previously existed. The feature will also help MSPs monitor and report on MFA protection status (Security Defaults, Per-User, Conditional Access Policies, DUO) all from a multi-tenant environment.

The Duo integration release is designed to provide more clarity and efficiency when monitoring MFA within the M365 environment. This innovative partnership enables MSPs to better understand their client’s MFA status and eliminate any blind spots.
