With new SaaS Alerting, Augmentt is the first end-to-end security solution for MSPs

For technology vendors, it’s always a satisfying moment when we “close the loop” with a truly complete solution that fills a critical need in the marketplace.

That describes perfectly our recent landmark achievement with Augmentt Secure. By adding SaaS security alerting to the offering, we’ve empowered MSPs to comprehensively detect, audit, and protect their clients’ entire M365 environment.

As one MSP partner said recently, the closing of that particular loop amounts to a dream come true because “… The new SaaS Security Alerting will make it even faster and easier for us to detect and then quickly address any active threats impacting our clients, all from a single dashboard.”

Ah yes, the single dashboard, the holy grail for MSPs in security, has taken another step towards building an end-to-end platform and single source of truth for MSPs.

The new SaaS security alerts provide real-time alerting, triggered with active threats to the client environment (e.g., a login from a foreign country when the user is still at the local office).

The alerting update also provides a view of alert details unique to each tenant, as well as additional thresholding that lets MSPs determine which alerts they want to receive and thereby reduce alert fatigue.

All told, this end-to-end reach with Secure means that we now stand alone as the only single-portal provider solving all of the security challenges that MSP faces when protecting Microsoft 365 environments.
